Women's March General Volunteer Interest Form

The Women’s March base is our superpower - and we’re looking for super volunteers to help us grow our power even more!

Volunteers help Women's March expand our reach and grow our collective strength.

Women's March is a small but mighty team taking big actions to create transformative change. Everything from our mass call series, to our digital and local organizing happens with the time, talent, and strength of Women's March Volunteers.

Volunteers do everything from helping at in person actions, moderating our Women’s March App spaces, moderating the chat on our mass calls, peer to peer outreach and much more. No experience is necessary for most roles, and we'll provide you with training, tools, and support. 

 

Here are our Volunteer teams:

 

General in person volunteers

This team of volunteers is available to help at local in-person mobilizations. 

 

Super Volunteers (Virtual)

Social Media Street Team: This team helps amplify Women’s March content online by posting, sharing, and engaging across social platforms, boosting key messages, and helping expand our digital reach. Members of this team also helps to identify and flag comments promoting misinformation/disinformation. 


WM App Team: The WM App Team moderates app channels, fields questions from users, and helps ensure conversations remain supportive, informative, and aligned with community guidelines.

 

Mass Call Moderation Team: This team supports mass calls by moderating the chat and Q&A, and helping maintain a smooth, accessible, and organized experience for participants. 

 

Professional photography: This team is made up of photographers who are available to document upcoming actions and events by capturing high-quality images for media, social, and archival use.

 

Graphic Design: This team helps brainstorm and create visual assets such as graphics, signs, and digital materials to support campaigns, actions, and ongoing communications.

 

Peer to Peer Texting/Calling team: This team connects directly with community members through text messages and phone calls to share updates, answer questions, and help mobilize people to take action.

 

Floaters: The floater team is made up of folks who are open and available to doing any of the aforementioned virtual roles.
