Tell Congress: Protect survivors of sexual violence
What happened to Jane Doe at Cornell and Kendall Francis at LSU happens on campuses nationwide.
Survivors are failed at every turn. Schools bury assaults to protect their reputations, fraternities close ranks, and rapists walk free while survivors are pushed out of their classrooms and their lives.
Congress has the power to make schools answer for sexual violence, and they need to act immediately.
Tell Congress to:
- Restore Title IX enforcement powers, so schools face real consequences when they mishandle sexual violence
- Recognize the Equal Rights Amendment as the 28th Amendment, making sex equality a constitutional guarantee and the bare minimum women deserve
