We’re asking Joe and Kamala to commit that their administration will:

Appoint women who share our values of justice and equality to at least half of all presidential appointments including the Cabinet

Ensure racial, religious, and gender identity representation for all presidential appointments

Choosing Kamala Harris as a running mate is a step forward, but we need more. Joe Biden and Kamala Harris both must be willing and prepared to champion a progressive platform that will help working people from the bottom up. They must lead an administration that will fight for policies that improve the lives of all women, especially women of color and trans women.

This includes addressing their records on policing and criminal justice and forging a new direction rooted in justice. As our country navigates the aftermath of COVID-19 and calls for racial and economic justice, it’s more important than ever to have all voices at the table.
