Stop ICE From Hacking Our Phones

Trump just reactivated ICE’s $2 million contract for Graphite — Israeli spyware that hacks phones, cracks encrypted apps, and can secretly turn microphones into listening devices.

This is fascism in action: surveillance to enforce obedience and punish dissent. Graphite poses grave risks to privacy, free speech, and civil liberties — and it will be aimed first at the communities resisting Trump’s power grab.

Congress must act now to block ICE’s spyware contract and ensure no federal agency can ever use invasive spyware against our communities.
