Tell Congress: Ban Flock Surveillance

Flock Safety built a nationwide camera network sold as a tool for public safety. Then that data gets shared across county and state lines into a searchable, nationwide database with almost no oversight and no warrant required.

This network is being used to stalk women who have abortions, track immigrants, and watch protesters. Anyone who drives a car in America pays the price for Flock's dragnet.

We won't go back. We refuse to be tracked for our bodies.

Abortion access and mass surveillance cannot coexist. Every camera Congress leaves unregulated is another tool handed to anyone who wants to punish a woman for the choices she makes about her own body.

Ban law enforcement use of Flock and similar automated license plate reader networks for tracking anyone seeking, providing, or assisting with reproductive health care.
End warrantless, cross-jurisdiction data sharing between local police departments and federal agencies through ALPR networks.
Require a warrant before any agency can search license plate data.
Force full transparency on every search, every reason logged, every agency with access.
Shut down the pipeline that lets one deputy in one county surveil the entire country.
