Tell Congress: Impeach Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito

To Members of Congress:

As your constituent, I am urging you to support impeachment proceedings against Justice Thomas and Justice Alito.

Investigative reporting has exposed that both Justice Thomas and Justice Alito have accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars in gifts from billionaires. And both Justices have refused to recuse themselves from cases they, their spouses, or their benefactors have a direct interest in. This includes the attempts to overthrow the 2020 election and the January 6th insurrection. Alito has even flown flags at his home that have a direct connection to both the insurrection and the Christian nationalism movement.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez introduced articles of impeachment in the US House of Representatives against Justices Alito and Thomas, which state that both Thomas and Alito must be removed from their positions on the Supreme Court for “high Crimes and Misdemeanors” under Article II of the Constitution. It is imperative that you take action on this and call for an impeachment investigation on Justices Alito and Thomas.
