This Valentine’s Day we’re letting you know what women need.

Women's work inside and outside the home is of critical importance to us, especially during this pandemic. Now is the time to support women with lasting policy changes that aren’t just a response to the pandemic but will establish a future where women can thrive.

It is time to invest in women. Our expectations are clear.

We need our jobs back AND we need our work in the home supported. We need:

• $15 Minimum Wage

• Paid Sick Leave and Pay Equity

• Building Back Jobs for Women

• Marshall Plan for Moms Task Force
