As the Supreme Court prepares to reconvene on October 4th, it is imperative we make our voices heard regarding reproductive rights. People in Texas are facing near complete bans on abortion and vigilante justice and the Supreme Court allowed it. Florida is next.
The power is with the people so it's time for the people to march.
Join us on Saturday, October 2nd from 10 am to noon for sign waving on Hwy 27 in front of the Cagan Crossing Library. There will be no speakers at this event. Although you will be free to move around, there will be no march to another location.
Where: Cagan Crossing Community Library
Parking: Onsite and nearby street parking available.
Where to Stand: Stay on the sidewalk along 27. Don't impede traffic or pedestrians. DO NOT engage with hecklers. Be respectful to others.
Stay Safe: Masks and social distancing are REQUIRED for this event. If you prefer not to wear a mask please distance yourself from others.
What to Bring: Hand-made signs, water, chair if you need it, sunscreen
