Culver's Restaurant is located in front of the Walmart/Kohl shopping areas.
This candlelight vigil will be on the Hwy 50 side of Culver's restaurant in Delavan. Please bring a sign NO PROFANITY - we pride ourselves on sponsoring FAMILY FRIENDLY events) and candles. There will be a brief program. Dress for the weather and please be considerate of Culver's customer parking.
