Park in public parking lots in Salisbury and walk to the Government Office Building. The plaza is wheelchair accessible.
Indivisible Worcester Maryland, the Democratic Women's Club of Worcester County, the Democratic Club of Worcester County, the Lower Shore Progressive Caucus, FLIPS (Feminists, Liberals, Independents, Progressives), the Suffrage Centennial Celebration Committee, and other Eastern Shore organizations are sponsoring this rally as part of a national call to action by Women's March and Planned Parenthood to support reproductive rights.
We will gather on the plaza in front of the City County Government Building at 125 N. Division Street, Salisbury MD, on Saturday, October 2, 2021, at 11 a.m. Bring signs.
We are expecting speakers from Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Rights Action League (NARAL), as well as others.
In the interests of public health, we require masks of all participants. We disavow all who advocate violence as a solution to our Nation's present crisis. We require that participants in our actions obey all laws and cooperate with the police to maintain public safety.
