Directions
Capitol exit off I-64/77, south to Kanawha Blvd, and turn left. Parking available on the street and nearby parking lots.
Join Women's March West Virginia and partner organizations to protest the Texas abortion ban, and mobilize to stop efforts currently underway by WV legislators to enact the same ban in the Mountain State. COVID safety guidelines must be followed. Bring a mask, or grab one of ours. Snacks will be available to take with you. First 200 people will get a FREE Stop the Bans t-shirt!
As with all Women's March West Virginia events, weapons are prohibited, including umbrellas and signs on poles. We also believe non-violence is the answer. Respect each other, even those who disagree with you.
There will be live music, with amazing sets from Alasha Al-Qudwah, Lady D and Unmanned, with motivational words from local leaders.
FREE childcare is will be provided on site (https://www.facebook.com/FunFitnessKids/ ) with safe play, AND with gourmet take away snacks are being catered by Chef Debbie Matthews.
