We are gathering at noon on the Manette side of the bridge and will spread out across the bridge. Parking is limited. We recommend car-pooling or walking, if possible.
Before the Supreme Court reconvenes on October 4th, members of Indivisible Bremerton and Bremerton Pro-Choice are teaming up to host a sign holding event on the Manette Bridge to send a loud, powerful message: we will not go back to the days when women died needlessly due to unsafe back-alley abortions.
Bring a sign and a friend to this 2-hour event. Given unprecedented increases in COVID cases throughout our area, all attendees are expected to wear a face mask during the event. We appreciate your support.
Bremerton Pro-Choice is raising money to donate to organizations that support women's access to reproductive healthcare. Between now and September 30, they are selling pins and bandanas that commemorate the nationwide Oct. 2nd Women's March event. All items will be picked up or sold at Ashley's Pub (409 Pacific Ave., Suite 101, Bremerton) starting September 30th after 5pm.
