Frisco: October 2 Protest for Reproductive Freedom
Saturday, October 2: 10 am to 1 pm. We will gather with our signs at the NW corner of Main St. and Frisco St. using the public sidewalk. It will be a BUSY morning in Frisco with Oktoberfest in the Square, soccer games on the fields behind Toyota Stadium, and the Farmers Market. The location for the protest is high visibility...and high traffic. It is important to show opposition to this new draconian law and be VISIBLE in Collin County. We need LOTS of people to join us with signs, even if you can't stay all 3 hours. And invite your families and friends to join us! Masks required. Bring water. Do not block sidewalks, streets or intersections. Dallas March begins at 1 pm., so you could protest in Frisco and still go to the Dallas march. *Please focus signs on abortion, reproductive freedom, Texas, Gov. Abbott, pro-choice, women's rights, etc. No anti-Trump signs or pro- Biden signs.
