Meeting at Bay street waterfront park, downtown port orchard. Marching to City Hall, then returning to the park to disperse.
**this is a sister event to the 10am women's march on Bay Street**
It's our time again! Women's reproductive freedoms are under attack. We cannot stand by and let years of hard work be overturned by a supreme court with an agenda! We must take back our freedoms! It is time to band together yet again and use our voice to speak for those under attack. Our entire country is facing a time when we must use our collective voices to show the supreme court that we will be heard!
We will meet at the Waterfront park and March to city hall. We will stand together in Peace and composure. We will not insight violence of any kind. We will move with determination and eloquence. We will not be barbarians. We will show up and UNITE as the nation we want to be, made up of allies from all backgrounds. We are marching for JUSTICE, AGAIN!
I hope to see you there and together show the supreme court that our voices will be heard.
Please bring signs and be prepared to social distance. Please bring masks and sanitizer, as it is unknown if we will be able to provide sanitizer and masks for everyone.
