Muncie Women and Allies Resist. #SAVEROE Rally & Caravan to the Women's March for Reproductive Rights (Indiana/Indianapolis)
Beneficence
2000 W. University Ave.
Muncie, IN 47305

Directions
Park at the student center or North Quad and gather at Beneficence. Masks and social distancing required at all times.

Prior to the safe passage of Roe v. Wade, without safe and legal access to abortion services, women in Muncie were forced into back alleys to obtain abortions.
Sen. Liz Brown (R) is spearheading the same Texas SB8 efforts here in Indiana, which betray girls, women and mothers, and eliminates their constitutional, reproductive and human rights past 6 weeks of gestation, usually before someone is aware they are pregnant.
Indiana's maternal and infant mortality rates are already among the worst in the nation.
States with restrictive abortion access have higher rates of both maternal and infant mortality.
Texas' SB8 weaponizes the lower courts, using a radicalized, profiteer vigilante reporting system that forces childbirth upon girls and women and punishes all who try to help them, even in cases of rape, incest or when their lives are at risk.

Take action and join us in a brief discussion about Muncie Indiana’s own history and struggle to protect girls' and women's bodies, families, lives, and futures.

Attendees will unite briefly at the Beneficence statue (Ball State) and caravan to the "Women's March and Rally for Reproductive Rights" in Indianapolis on Washington, at Richard G. Lugar Plaza. (10:30 am)
