On June 24,2022 the unheard of happened and the Supreme Court of the United States overturned Roe v. Wade, saying that no longer would there be national rights for any autonomy over choices regarding the body and reproductive health care.
We will protest PEACEFULLY in front of the courthouse in downtown RR to show opposition to this decision. We will protest this Sunday and all Sundays after from 6-8PM until the decision is changed. President Biden recently signed an executive order to protect life-saving measures including abortion. A person that can reproduce deserves full autonomy over their body, so we march.
Sitting/staying at the Round Rock courthouse is available as well as sidewalks to March downtown.
This event is for Williamson County and immediate surrounding counties/rural areas. BRING WATER. NO WEAPONS.
Sunday, August 7, 6pm. Round Rock Courthouse. We have many good speakers this time! John Bucy III, Kathy Jones-Hospod, Renee Schalk, and Sara Groff will be speaking! We are part of the weekend full of protests all around Texas. We won't stop until we have autonomy for our own bodies!!!
