Today, the Court ruled to overturn Roe v Wade, dismantling nearly 50 years of precedent and denying abortion access to millions of people across the nation. No politicians, judges, or abortion bans should control our personal health care decisions. Join us to tell our opposition: Bans off our bodies!

Liability Release and Photo Authorization: I hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Inc.; Planned Parenthood Action Fund, Inc.; or any Planned Parenthood organization (collectively, “PP”) from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, and/or demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, that does or may arise or may hereafter arise from my attendance at or participation at the Decision Day Event (“Release”). I grant this Release knowingly and voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any injuries and/or any other damages, of whatever nature, resulting from my attendance at or participation in the Decision Day Event(“Event”).

I also agree and authorize PP to (i) take any photographs and/or videos of me (collectively, “Authorized Recordings”) that does or may include my voice, image, likeness, name, biographical information, and/or statements (collectively, “Likeness”) in connection with my attendance at and/or participate in the Event; (ii ) use these Authorized Recordings and Likeness for any purpose whatsoever, without any additional consents, including for advertising, promoting, and/or trading purposes; and (iii) license others to do the same (“Authorization”). I grant this Authorization without any payment, or expectation of payment, or consideration of any monies or any other compensation now or in the future for PP’s actions and/or use in this regard.
